In 2003, while Enoch was operating a Smoke House and BBQ restaurant inside The Home Depot corporate office in Vinings, Georgia, he came to the realization that there was a void of high-quality Kosher BBQ available in Atlanta. After over two years at The Home Depot, he decided to pursue his dream and created The Goodfriend Company.
Now in its 6th year, The Goodfriend Company has grown tremendously and includes The Goodfriend Catering Company (located at The Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta), The Glatt Smokehouse and Goodfriend’s Grill (located at the MJCCA) as well as the newly opened Goodfriend’s Grill at Ray’s Bistro (located at the new Marcus Hillel Center at Emory University). Serving the metro Atlanta area and beyond, The Goodfriend Company provides catering to all major Jewish organizations, synagogues, day schools, private and corporate functions and college campuses.
